Dena Taylor, RN, MSN, CPNP

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Dena Taylor, RN, MSN, CPNP joined TPG Pediatrics in 2004. Prior to joining our team, Dena earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Virginia and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. While obtaining her Masters degree, Dena practiced as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse.

Dena is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She is also licensed as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse through the State of Virginia. Dena is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Nurses (NAPNAP) and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.

Dena and her husband are the proud parents of a daughter and a son.  In her spare time, Dena enjoys cheering on her UVA Cavaliers; ballet & flamenco dancing; and spending time with her family.
