Asthma Management (Breathe Easy)

Dannah Pritchard, LCSW

We're excited to introduce our "Breathe Easy" Asthma Program at TPG Pediatrics to better support children with asthma or a history of wheezing. Our goal is to let kids be kids by helping to prevent symptoms, minimize school absences, and reduce emergency room and urgent care visits. The Breathe Easy Asthma Program also includes pulomonary function tests to better monitor our patients with asthma or a history of wheezing.

Your child will be assigned a dedicated care coordinator to help monitor your child's asthma. To allow your kid to be a kid, help keep them healthy and reduce school absences, our care coordinators would like to briefly speak with you. During this call, we will:

  • Ensure your child has the necessary medications
  • Assist with refills
  • Schedule any needed follow-ups
  • Provide education and answer any questions about your child's asthma or breathing concerns

Your care coordinator will reach out once every three months for a brief 10-20 minute check-in to partner with you in your child’s care. We know how busy schedules can be, so in the coming weeks, you will receive a message from TPG Pediatrics with available dates and times to connect.

Please keep an eye out for these text messages and use the link to sign up for a time that works best for you. We look forward to partnering with you to let your kid be a kid!
