Is your child playing sports or going to school this upcoming school year? Be proactive and get the VHSL Sports, Medication, or Health Entrance Form(s) filled out early!

TPG will be supporting children who are served by our Partner Food Pantries, by collecting school supplies from July 13th to August 17th. Each office has a decorated box set up in their waiting area, so that our patient families can add their contributions, too.

Saturday RAPID CARE Clinics

These clinics are EVERY Saturday at our Alexandria and Chantilly Offices. Established TPG patients from ALL offices are welcome for same day rapid care appointments. Our phone lines turn on at 8:30am to schedule same day appointments.

2026 Saturday Well Check Clinics

Saturday well check clinics are available for established patients only. Established patients from all offices are welcome to these clinics.

Summer Wellness and Safety

Keep your children well and safe throughout the summer with these tips!

Schedule your child's annual well check during the summer!

Staying active : Involve your children in recreational sports or encourage spending time outdoors to engage in social/physical activities. Planet Fitness offers a completely free summer gym membership to high school students ages 14 to 19 through their High School Summer Pass program. The program runs from June 1 through August 31.
Skincare Protection : We want children to have fun in the sun, but we also must protect their skin from sunburn. Don't forget to wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays.
Stay Hydrated : Always remember to drink water, especially during the hottest months of the year.
Pool Safety : Teach children how to swim, take swim lessons, and avoid running around the pool area. Use safety equipment if needed (Life vest, floatees, goggles, swimshoes, etc).
Education, Sports, and Childcare : Request all school forms, sports phsyicals, and childcare forms/documents early in the summer. Documents that require a Doctors signature may need an appointment if your child isn't up-to-date with a physical and or vaccines. Find out what the school or daycare needs early in the summer before deadlines.
Reduce phone usage : Reduce phone usage by encouraging children to play outdoors, involve them in sports, encourage reading books, and other activities that keep children engaged throughout the summer months while school is out.

Upcoming office updates:

Our Chantilly office is has completed its new updates! Visit the office to check out the fresh paint, new floors, updated vitals room, and new lactation area.
Our Alexandria office has completed its new updates and created more space for our growing patient population! The new office extension includes, a new front desk area with a small waiting room, a private provider office, five new exam rooms, a full wall of cabinets for storage, and a provider/MA workspace in the back.
