To help provide timely service to our patients, we require that each child who needs to be seen, has a scheduled appointment time, prior to arrival. If you arrive at our office more than 15 minutes late, we will need to help you reschedule your child's appointment. When possible, we try to make it the same day, which might mean seeing another provider.

to ANY of our offices between 8 AM - 4 PM. PLEASE NOTE:
If you can call ahead to schedule a Same Day Appointment, please do. While your child will be seen when you use our walk in clinic, there is usually a wait involved, as scheduled appointments of any kind always take precedence.
For Saturday Same Day Appointments

on the day that your child needs care, so that we can schedule your child at either our Manchester Lakes
or Chantilly Office
, as these are the only offices open on Saturday mornings. Saturday Same Day Appointments are open for established patients from ANY of our offices.

711 Telecommunications Relay Services
permit persons with a hearing or speech disability to use the telephone system via a text telephone (TTY) or other device to call persons with or without such disabilities. To make using Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) as simple as possible, one can simply dial 711 to be automatically connected to a TRS operator
. It's fast, functional and free. Dialing 711, both voice and TRS users can initiate a call from any telephone, anywhere in the United States, without having to remember and dial a seven or
ten-digit access number. The Americans with Disabilities Act requires that people with disabilities who use TTYs or other devices have direct, equal access to emergency response services. In the event of an emergency, TTY users should call 911 directly and not make a TRS call via 711.
